Refund policy

All sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.- If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.- Please note that we do not refund money under any circumstances. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)- If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again
